The patient portal is a free and secure platform that will help save you time and will make working with your doctor and monitoring your health easier and more convenient.
With the portal you can easily request refills, schedule and change appointments, view your lab results and medical records, and even send your doctor a message.
To signup, our existing patients just need to provide us with an email address during any office visit. A username and temporary password will then be sent by email. Follow the links in that email, or visit the portal directly, and voila! Welcome to your Electronic Medical Record.
New patients will need to pre-register before they can be entered into the system
Existing patients do not need to pre-register. All you need to do is give us your email and sign a one page form on your next visit to be web enabled.
