office staff very friendly and timley

The office is very nice and the staff welcomes you right away. The doctors assistant is very friendly and gets you situated and you feel comfortable. The Doctor is always thorough and explains everything. The Doctor showed me concern and caution on following up. It was a very nice visit.

I went in to see Doctor Wendy Valencia. I thought I had bronchitis or strep throat. I also requested to be tested for covid. I tested positive for covid. Dr. Wendy subscribe the paxlovid treatment. She took time to tell me about what medicine interactions, if I took one of my medications. She was very patient and empathetic with me. Thanks to Dr. Wendy i'm on my way to recuperating.

Helped me with left foot pain. I t took care, attention and patience. It all worked out after 90 days of focus and attention.

I began at Magnolia Family Medicine with a different doctor who was wonderful. I didn’t think there could be another doctor that I enjoyed as much at the same practice, but I am happy to say that I was wrong. Dr. Gerla is a caring doctor who is extremely thorough in your medical care. She is direct and to the point about her recommendations and keeps you informed of you labs in a timely manner. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for these qualities in a doctor— and who isn’t.

very unprofessional place, they couldn't tell me the prices of any services, they have to "bill me". because they don't usually have people that self pay. horrible communication skills as far as getting in touch about a Rx. they told me it was supposed to be a spray but the prescribed a cream? how silly. got the run around for the last 2 days still don't have my Rx

Explained everything to ensure I knew the importance of proper foot care.

My wife and I have been going here for years, my wife has thyroid disease and has for over 20 years we know about the thyroid we went in to see Doctor Han as my wife is down with no energy putting on weight and doesn’t care about anything in stead of changing her prescription and something to boost her energy and control her appetite he prescribed the same medication she is on and says come back in 4 to 6 weeks with lab work,Really then we pay for the visit and they would not give the prescription or the order for lab work unless we paid for that, now my wife is retired from the medical field the cost of the labs weren’t double we pay for our on medical no insurance when I explain we use a different lab than they suggested they said I either pay them or we could not get what we went there for All they want is to make money and have no concerns about you we will not go back to see Dr Han. If you pay for your own lab you do not need to see a Doctor first and it’s cheaper than your copay.

Been a patient here for over 5 years. Had the doctor today say to me when asked to have my three prescriptions refilled "I don't even know you and don't have time for that". He then proceeded to go outside after spending maybe 5 minutes with me and speak to his nurse talking trash telling her we don't have time to spend an hour with patients and then get backed up. Note you spent maybe 5 minutes with me and you may want to wait to talk trash until you are further away from the patients door! I have watched all the good doctors they had leave this practice and I see why! Also always push vaccines and tests on you.

Dr. Pham is always very good to give me all of the information I need to properly take care of my health. The staff is always great with the office needs, scheduling and recently when I had to change my health plan who they worked with. I would tell anyone to consider Dr. Pham and his staff.

Everyone in this office was very friendly and helpful. I didn't wait long to be seen. Dr. Pham has a warm manner yet very professional. He did an excellent job of explaining medical terms and his findings. I recommend this office if you are in the Cypress area.

Dr. Pham may not have the best bedside manner, but it seems like he actually cares somewhat at least. After discussing my declining mental health, he ordered a gene test and even had the representative for said test meet with me to discuss it. This was unprompted but appreciated, I would've never known this was a thing offered otherwise.

I appreciate Dr. Jalees and her staff for their care and personal attention. Their convenient location is a great plus.

Magnolia Hospital kindly accepted her as a walk-in patient, and she was able to see Dr. Jalees. The doctor and staff were all very kind. She had a very inviting demeanor, interacted well with my young children, and was thorough in listening to my concerns and establishing a plan forward for care. I love the entire staff. They are always friendly, professional and kind. Dr Han is knowledgeable and explains things so that I can understand. This is a fabulous place and I literally trust them with my life.

I have been seeing Dr Codi for 6 plus years. I am thoroughly pleased with the care that I receive from her. She is patient and really listens to my concerns. My only complaint is that when medication is needed, she prescribes the latest on the market which isn’t usually covered by my insurance. I have to get her to try prescribe tried and true medications and she will. As far as the office staff, there have been some noticeable improvements made. They appear to be a lot more friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint here is having to check in on those tiny kiosk tablet. This is extremely difficult for elderly people with vision problems. I would highly recommend getting rid of this process and go back to the staff checking you in. This process is causing me to want to find another doctors office.
